.... I cannot download my recent editions of the magazine.

Despite multiple attempts and correspondence with the help desk I am still not able to access my account , thus not read my digital inscription. Very annoying and disturbing, since its paid for service/product!

A 1 star rating is thus still overstating the value of this app!
